Japan's virginity problem

According to JapanTimes 70% of young people are unmarried. In those 70%, about 42 percent of men and 44.2 percent of women admitted that they were virgins.

Now, as I infer, their problem is not the size of their penises. The problem appears to be much more subtle. Vestigiality is the only explanation that makes sense.

For years they just blurred their penises and vaginas. Now they are vanishing.

As a matter of fact, Japanese government is really concerned about the decreasing birth rate. People simply don't make enough children to maintain the population.

Some European countries like Germany also have this kind of problem. They encourage people to have children by some government policies such as giving money per children or free health care etc.
